Since I was about 10 years old I’ve been obsessed with the idea of being “skinny”. I have tried every diet and fitness trend and I always ended up “off the wagon” and struggled to “get back on”. After many years of being in the fitness industry as a trainer and yoga instructor, I thought it was time to get more knowledgeable about food and nutrition- that’s when I started Prepped for Days. After taking some years off from personal training and teaching yoga, COVID inspired me to start again when I realized how much reach I’d be able to have with everything going virtual. Bootcamp is the combination of both passions that provides a comprehensive wellness program. My goal is to change the way someone approaches their goals so that they never have to diet again.

Through wellness Alexandria was able to connect back to her truest and most authentic self. She started her wellness practice through Yoga over 12 years ago and discovered the beautiful art of Meditation, whole foods, essential oils, and various fitness workouts shortly after. Her passion lies in holding space for others to tap back into to who they are and to radiate that back into the world.
