Since I was about 10 years old I’ve been obsessed with the idea of being “skinny”. I have tried every diet and fitness trend and I always ended up “off the wagon” and struggled to “get back on”. After many years of being in the fitness industry as a trainer and yoga instructor, I thought it was time to get more knowledgeable about food and nutrition and fell in love with cooking. I started with organic ingredients and prepping portion controlled meals for myself to find that was the secret sauce (pun intended) to feeling and looking my best self! I want people to enjoy food and feel good about what they’re eating. Diets simply don’t work in the long run. Building a healthy, balanced relationship with food does. I’m so happy to share our food and wellness tips and hope we can be the go- to for yummy food in SoCal!
