When it comes to eating appropriately for your body, we know that everyone has different goals and different things to consider. Below are the portions we offer and what they mean. You’re welcome to mix and match your unit portions for a more specific macro count.

UNIT 3 (standard portions)

This meal plan is our standard portion plan and works out to about  (+/-) 1600cal a day if you eat 4 meals a day, which we suggest.  Below are the estimated macros. 

Calories: 350-400 Protein: 25g Carbs: 35g Fat: 12g

UNIT 4

​This meal plan has slightly bigger portions and works out to about  (+/-) 2000cal a day if you eat 4 meals a day, which we suggest. Below are the estimated macros. 

Calories: 425-500 Protein: 33g Carbs: 40g Fat: 18g
